Northolt Pharmacy

Spoken to the staff today to have a repeat prescription. Very unprofessional and couldn’t even understand the prescription I am asking. Kept on cutting me off while I am talking and saying for me to hurry up. Really disappointing to have people with this kind of attitude!

I wish i could given the Northolt Pharmacy ZERO. Their service absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. No reply to my email, nor to voicemail. The staff are none attentive. Please avoid and report to the professional board. JAN

Everyone from the staff to the pharmacist were so incredibly kind and helpful to me when I went to collect my prescription. This place has to be the best pharmacy I have ever used. Great service, wonderful highly knowledgeable pharmacist's. I highly recommend

Some of the staff are great but ever sinceits been taken over by new staff I never get my medication on time, its a monthy repeat but every month I have to chase it up, I've been told I haven't ordered things when I have had a text or a call from GP it's ready to pick up. There is only one member of staff that is super helpful and I can't remember his name and he's been there a while, all the others are not much help. Shocking service. Will change paharmacy

Really polite and courteous staff especially Rand and Herai , they were easy to approach, cheerful, very helpful, patient and understanding. They were really friendly staff and it’s a pleasure that me and my family are appointed this pharmacy for our prescriptions. I would highly recommend.

I went for my second dose of covid vaccination. She refused to serve me stating she will go for a lunch break although she was still serving another patient waiting.
I went for an hour walk at the nearby park and arrived back after her lunch. This time she said we run out of Moderna vaccines although it showed it available on their website before I make my way to the clinic.
My first dose was Moderna and I was advised my second dose must be same company.
I had wasted almost couple of hours and had to return without vaccination.

Excellent costumer service going above and beyond her call of duty by Rand.
Seems to be that service can sometimes be a bit patchy, but as long as lovely and efficient Rand and Herais are there, their attention to the client is second to none.
Can't thank them enough.
