The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend Kath enough. She is brilliant.

So helpful and don't know what I would have done without them in lockdown! The new med collect machine outside is a great bonus

Have been using this pharmacy for several years now. Always find the staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic delivery service for mine and my Mum's regular medications. During busy periods I've had to wait to pick up products in store but that's only to be expected. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Polite but ineffective, slow and inhumane

Always waited at least 30-45 min or even longer to get a simple off the shelf prescription in last 5 years.

They feel entitled to question many prescriptions as if they don't believe GPs decisions. They make customers feel questioned sometimes. No discretion /privacy of a conversation - everyone can hear everything in the small place.

Not helpful at all when it comes to their non-transparent opening hours. On the door the opening hours for Saturday is removed intentionally so they can the pharmacy close whenever they feel really.

Very slow, not customer centric at all. They let customer wait a long time. It is not right.

Rained a complaint twice verbally, staff does not do anything about it. No improvements.

I can only say - avoid. Never ever again.

Not helpful, there is always a feeling they feel superior in the pharmacy.

Avoid.

Called to collect prescription at 14.20 today. No pharmacist available as they had gone home so unable to collect prescription until Monday. Is it normal to have a pharmacy without a pharmacist. Will be changing to another for my next collection
