St Johns Primary Academy

My daughter absolutely loves this school. Homework is set mostly online with varied tasks to physically do. The children are challenged yet guided when needed. The support from the teachers and student to student is tremendous. My daughter has really thrived being here. Her level of confidence is outstanding. I cannot praise this school enough. My daughter actually enjoys going here. The rooms are well lite so the children are alert, food is good but they have the option to take lunch in. The only thing I would suggest is more after school activities. However they do have an after school club within the school premises but this is a seperate entity to the school itself. Teachers are amazing, the head teacher is fantastic and the reception staff are so very welcoming.

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 420 Reception to Year 6 pupils at St Johns Primary Academy. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky; visiting the International Space Station; learning about a future colonised Solar System and how British scientists search for real aliens. Thank you St Johns Primary Academy for a very pleasant visit.

Peter and I really rate St Johns Our granddaughter has attended since reception and she has thrived. The staff are supportive and really care.

Any issues are dealt with calmly, communication is great and all staff work hard to make school life educational and fun.

I know Evie will miss this when she moves to secondary school later this year.

I went there and it was good, however, I don't go to the catchment high school which means I dont get to see my primary school friends but overall was a good school.

My son attends this school,we love it!Any problems are straight away dealt with,they are very strong against bullying,teachers are so lovely and down to earth,plus my son has so much support as he attended a school abroad and had a very different and late start to education comparing to UK.Highly recommend this fantastic little colourfull school!
