Elegance of Edgware Laundrette, Dry Cleaning and Ironing Centre

Emailed early in the morning for same day collection and steam press. The man rang me and came to collect within 10minutes and delivered within the time frame. Very exceptional service- I was really impressed and he was very friendly and helpful. Outfits came out looking brand new. Very good service- highly recommend the company.

This business has since had new owners. The old owners were simply the best, been using the service since 2016. This new owner is rude and disgusting!! Over charged above usual price without notice or priorly stated, afterward said it fine for me to take my business elsewhere!!

Very disappointing service!
I have been using Elegance for more than 10 years but recently the new owners are providing a very poor and inadequate service. Took my wife's long coat for dry cleaning (to remove a small lipstick mark) but the coat came back with several burnt marks to the front and the back of the coat. The manager denies any wrong doing or damage responsibility. They have ruin a perfect coat which was only worn twice. This will not be the end of the matter and I will be seeking legal advice

After long times, I used their tailoring and dry cleaning services, both tailor and the new owner were very friendly and did a great job for me, by the way the shop looks match cleaned then the past.

Really quick and good. Was my first time using the laundry service and staff had no problem to help me and show what to do. 7£ for a massive bag of laundry, nice.

The new management is so nice people, clean ed the shop and looks match brighter than before, I used their service washed for over 3 months brilliant service.

Very poor service, the dryer took the money and I didn’t do the work, when I explained that it only started to work and stopped not even a miner after they treated me as I didn’t pay for it and that’s not working… I asked them to check the camera if they wanted to make sure I payed but he only added £0,50 service and said that this is enough… I’ll never come back here again… the machine aren’t working properly and you are treated as a thief 😕

I am using their service wash since three months, the new owner is very respectful man with a brilliant customer service, and made the place very clean and tidy.
