Crystal Hayes Dry Cleaners

Terrible customer service with terrible attitude, staff don't even know what they are doing. Friend brought coat for repair and told her it's £12 and that payment can be done after and they didn't give her a receipt. When I go to pick it up the next day, they said I need a receipt and that they haven't done anything cause I need to pay upfront. Not getting it done by them now.

Gave an item for repair. The item was not repaired . Was given different prices each time. They dirtied and damaged my clothing instead. No apology or refund offered. VERY rude staff especially the manager. Would never use them again.

Put a 2 months old jacket in for dry cleaning and paid £10 for a next day service. They managed to destroy it. After going there every 2-3 days for 4 weeks they finally gave me back the money that I originally paid for the jacket as I luckily had a receipt. They never gave me back the £10 I paid to have it dry cleaned. They tried to fob me off many times, lied about the manager having ordered a new jacket for me, all to avoid paying for a new one. And they have stolen my £10 that they should have paid back as the dry cleaning wasn't actually done!!! Don't use this place!!! There are other places

Put suit in for dry cleaning on a Sat morning paid £10 for cleaning and told pick up Tuesday morning went to pick suit up hasn't even been cleaned, had me waiting over a hour and half while they cleaned it, Wouldn't use this company again very unprofessional.....

PLEASE AVOID. Just paid £40 to collect my jacket that was not dry cleaned. They admitted it was not dry cleaned and refused to give the jacket back to us unless we paid.

Don’t pay cash !!!! And make sure you have receipts!!! If you pay cach , they charge DOUBE !!!
I did pay when I left trousers and today 08/09/2022 I pay again when I collected, because ,, SHE FORGOT“to put stamp ( PAID )
Best way to pay by card , so you can proof and don’t need to pay Twice specially for lady with blue nails and glasses !!!

Good service for the price. Staffs are polite. They listen to your problems. Very responsible and honest.

The place is nice but when the moody miserable woman is there it is absolutely rubbish, she is rude unfriendly. I was waiting for 45 minutes for a dry then she put someone who had done their wash there in front of me. I told her you should have put a sign at the door but she kept arguing with me that she doesn’t have to . I have never seen someone worse then her.
