My mum brought her curtains in to be dry cleaned & paid £50 and they came back damaged, we both went in to speak to the manager about it and he wasn't in but the man that was working found it funny & was laughing & he was very rude, he said any damage that as been made is down to my mum to fix even though they damaged them! Would near use them again, there customer service is shocking & they know they are liable for the damage but just don't wanna pay my mum because they know there insurance will go up and that if they even have insurance which I'm starting to think they don't.

If you're like me, you've looked on Google and come across some positive and some negative reviews of this place. Don't make the mistake I made and actually go there! When I handed my items over, the person working seemed rather disinterested and didn't seem to want to be there. Then upon collection, I noticed that my shirts had marks around the cuffs. The explanation I was given, was "we put the water and the chemical but that doesn't come out" - realistically a little bit of elbow grease with a brush and some Vanish would have yielded better results!
As for pressing, some of the shirts came back as creased as they were when they went in... I've had better service elsewhere and I'm now quite disappointed that I wasted my money looking for an option closer to work.

When I took it they explained it might not be able to be cleaned but that they would do their best. The specialist dry cleaner was not in that day so they said they’d call if there were any concerns and gave me a quote which was reasonable for the work needed. It looks incredible and I am very grateful. The owner was kind enough to drop it home to me.

They are amazing. I had a job interview at short notice and they went above and beyond in making sure my suit was ready including button replacement, leg shortening and dry cleaning all in 24 hours. The owner drove out of his way to ensure the trouser alterations would be done in time. Amazing. Oh and I got the job.

To anyone who’s read the negative reviews, beware as this place is under new management and the staff/management are fantastic. Nothing is too much effort, they’re very friendly and very reasonably priced. They kindly removed a paint stain from an expensive t shirt - the paint mark is completely gone and no damage to the garment itself. Service is normally pretty fast too.

I want to say a big thank you! I have had a lovely and friendly service both dropping off and picking up my duvet! Plus my bed is so nice again I had a duvet day!

Fantastic service came to my elderly parents home took curtains down dry cleaned them then brought them back and hung them back up for them they were frilled to say the least would definitely recommend this dry cleaning service
