Mr T Dry Cleaners

Very Nice and Honest people. Service was great and very fast. I got four suits and ten shirts dry cleaned for the very next day and the quality was superb, not a crease or stain existed. Mr T Dry Cleaners is definitely the best I have ever been too and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great service.

Took my suit to be dry cleaned on a Friday afternoon, and asked for it to be ready by Monday (ample time for it to be done). Upon returning on Monday afternoon I was greeted by the fact that my suit hadn't been cleaned - Mr T looked very nervous as he started rummaging around looking for my suit, giving me the impression he didn't even know where it was. He asked me for "two more hours" of my time. This was at 4pm. I returned at 6pm (I.E. Two hours later) and he had shut the shop- so he had told me two hours knowing full well he would be closed, I ended up retrieving my suit from the kind Lady on Tuesday.
I would not recommend this place at all - terrible service.

Please do not use this dry cleaners he is rude and aggressive ! Ruins items and will not apologise or rectify what he has done wrong then shouts at you as if it’s your fault.
please go else where to a professional dry cleaners that knows what they are doing and are not abusive towards customers

Horrible. Went into the place hoping there would be a facility to change so the lady would take my measurements. Nope! There was just a large open space with man in the corner eating, I regrettably made the decision to try this place out and asked where to change which he promptly allowed me to get into my trousers in his corner. All of a sudden a massive dog came out of nowhere! What is this place? No changing rooms, strange people watching you and random massive dogs?!

Evan after all that, the measurements weren't taken precisely as no pins were used to hold down the areas that needed to be taken in. Worst experience with a tailor I've ever had.

You'd rather go to another city to find a tailor.

Please DO NOT use this dry cleaners he is rude and VERY AGGRESSIVE! He has ruined my wedding dress and refuses to rectify and wouldn't even look at his SHODDY work! No apology was forthcoming either! SHOUTED at myself and my husband-to-be, and was ORDERED to leave the shop! Not even worth the one star given. AVOID!

Had my evening dress altered and husbands suit cleaned. Both were done perfectly, dress looked amazing. Very nice couple, very pleased would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give minus stars I would. This is the first review I have ever given as I just wanted to reiterate the point that this dry cleaners is disgraceful. Dropped a 3pc suit for dry cleaning for a wedding. When I picked up they added additional costs onto it which wasn't agreed. I didn't moan and payed. Then when I get home I realise it smelt disgusting. I had family members heaving. It smelt like it washed with BO riden. I took it in and politely asked for them to rewash as it was urgent for a wedding. They said it smelt fine and then said it wouldn't be done in time. I asked for my money back as I wasn't satisfied and at this point they were effing and blinding at me shouting at me which on goers were looking in as they walk past. At this point someone else walked in the store and I asked him to smell the suit to which he laughed and said it wasn't great. He then also came in and complained about them ruining his jacket and shrinking in the wash. There is other dry cleaners locally, please use these. They have good customer service there and happy to help. All I here from this dry cleaners is negative reviews and I am regretful that I went there in the first place. The way I was spoken to was disgusting. They do not care about their customers, you are just a number and they take no accountability.

I have used this shop a lot. There was a rumour that it was closing down but I am assured that this is just a rumour and not true. Dirty tricks campaign by someone.
