Do not go to this dry cleaners! I was a loyal customer for 4 years, until they double-charged me: They made me pay on drop off and pick up for the same suit and accussed me of making the mistake.

Ridiculously overpriced alternations. I wasn’t told the price of the alternation upfront when I explicitly asked what it would be and was told that I’d be called to confirm the price. No one rang me, work was done and the price was announced to me when I came to collect the item which was much higher than similar services elsewhere. I paid but will definitely never use this place again as this customer service is appalling.
