Duvet dry clean takes two weeks. Phoned on Thursday to ask if it would be ready as promised on Friday. Told yes. Arrived Saturday, still not ready. Wasted trip and no communication to customers. Not the first time we’ve been let down by them, but will be the last as taking custom elsewhere.

I have been a customer of the Swiss Laundry for many years, this company has now merged and is still giving the best possible service, excellent service and very impressed with all alterations, highly recommended this place.
