Avoid this business. We have experienced the worst customer experience possible. After significantly shrinking our lounge curtains and charging us £200 in the process, the MD after several months of blaming everyone else did not accept liability and refuses to even return the cleaning cost. We are left with curtains that have shrunk by 10cms, that originally cost approx £1000 that look completely ridiculous. He even claimed that we had moved the curtain pole up the wall to make the curtains look short, appalling business owner. When talking to some of his staff it appears this is typical of how he handles complaints, avoid at all costs!

Very good service. They collected my duvet on time and returned it once cleaned, again on time. Will use them again as so convenient.

On the contact page I read " For assistance please call" so I did and received a curt reply of all our services are on the website. Spent ages on the website and could not find the information I needed. Will find a more helpful dry cleaners.

I had my tailored suit cleaned here ahead of my graduation. They lost the suit and not only have not returned any of my communication on several occasions, they have also refused to compensate me for my suit which they lost! £400 lost with no responsibility taken by the business owner. -5 stars.

Website easy to use, collected as requested. Delivery/return of items duvets not delivered rang and sorted, was over the Christmas period. Very pleased whole service and will use again. Hassel free. Like we can return the coat hangers too. BTW the bag used to return duvets in very useful for storage of other spare duvets/pillows. Thank you.
