We have the worst experience possibly from this Dry cleaners and from the so called manager Richard! They have had our rug from a few months ago as we were undergoing building work. We were informed it would be cleaned and it wasn't a problem to hold on to it until such time as our house was ready. It has been collected and it is NOT cleaned and smells repulsive! After returning it we had an extremely verbally abusive phone call from Richard acussing us of being LIARS and taking a different rug in that hadn't been cleaned. He 100% agreed it hadn't been cleaned but it was apparently certain that the filthy rug wasn't the 1 we had cleaned. He has today been extremely vocally abusive on the phone and told me I could go whistle for a refund. I AM SHOCKED AT THE SERVICE FROM THIS DISCUSTING MAN!

Absolutely terrible service. Dropped a rug off to be cleaned on a Saturday, returned on the following Saturday (the appointed date) to collect. Husband was fobbed off with being told it's not quite ready, we'll ring when it is. When I rang to enquire why it wasn't ready, after being fed a load of rubbish about large rug, space to line dry etc etc, it eventually transpired that they hadn't even started cleaning it yet, let alone drying it. Said I'd pick it up and take it elsewhere. No apologies given.

The level of knowledge and enthusiasm from the staff is superb. What they don't know, they are sure to find out.

The staff go above and beyond to clean my mothers wedding dress, contacting the suppliers where necessary to determine appropriate cleaning instructions from unlabeled garments.

I often pop in for their advice on certain matters, taking up their invaluable time. They have always treated me as a valued customer, even when their advice was not in their favour.

Will always use and trust their reliable service.

Amazing job😁 managed to completely remove a ballpoint ink stain, which had leaked out of inside pocket through to the front of a dry clean only jacket. Great job, good price. Very happy👍

I would highly recommend this dry cleaners, they were fantastic with getting rid of the tough stains that were on my outfit.
Not only this they noticed there was a manufacturing fault with the garment and being I only wore the outfit once advised me I should return it to the store and they supported my case with a letter to explain the situation on how the garment was treated. With this I was successfully able to get my outfit replaced.

Travelling from Europe and getting married the next day, this dry cleaning service saved me and my dress!! They steamed it for me and made it look a million times better! So grateful for the excellent and super friendly service! Would recommend their service to anyone!

Lovely polite Staff nothing is too much trouble They go above and beyond for customers, if you ever need your clothes or wedding dresses or bedding or suits cleaned they come out looking great than what they did going in. Would highly recommend to anyone and at very affordable prices 😁

Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Took a cream cashmere jumper to another dry cleaner, who somehow returned it with a huge new stain on the back - and said they couldn't get it out. Took it to Crown, explained the situation and picked it up a week later with the stain totally removed. Always polite, always helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
