Read the reviews on here thinking it seems like a good place to get a vintage jacket dry cleaned after my daughter had spilt orange juice over it the day before.
My wife picked it up to find that the stain was only half gone and that they had attempted to clean the leather trim on the collar which wasn’t dirty or didn’t need cleaning, hence drying it out and ruining it. Really hacked off, they ruined something which would be plain to see what the style and make of the collar was and that it didn’t needed to be treated like the rest of the coat.
If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service, and stupid intuition. Will return with jacket to them to demand my money back. Avoid at all costs.

The main employee had an family emergency which left the dry cleaning to not be up to standard as I was in a rush and found my coat to not be fully cleaned, after leaving.

However, this was just this once for sure but its ashame they rely on one person to keep the dry cleaning up to standard.

Use this place regularly for alterations and cleaning. Always polite and helpful. Work completed to a high standard

Absolute joke! They’re super expensive and do a really shoddy job! A simple job of taking my trousers in and looks like it’s been done by a 2 year old. My boyfriends jacket went in for dry cleaning and the stains still remain. That was £20 in total… DO NOT GO HERE.
