Pearl Dry Cleaners

I took a brand new jacket in to be dry cleaned (stained by my little boy) when I collected it the leather tab had been removed from the zipper. When asked where it was the gentlemen became very defensive, rude and obtuse. He suggested that the fault was mine as I should have removed it. I pointed out that he hadn't advised me I had to (like EVERY other cleaners I've used) and that it still remained that they had removed and subsequently lost it.

Possibly the most obnoxious man I've dealt with in some time.

I won't use again!

We have been using this dry cleaner for 7 years. Never an issue, fairly quick turnaround, always friendly and helpful.

They repaired several straps and bags my dog had chewed through, would have cost me a fortune to replace. First rate service.

I would a hundred percent recommend this dry cleaner to anyone that wants their items professionally altered and/or dry cleaned and washed. The staff is very polite and had my items done within a few days with a reasonable price.

Amazing alteration service. I had given my daughters school blazer as she likes her clothes fitted, and once these lot had finished with the blazer my daughter was extremely happy. Thank you Pearl DC.

This is the third time I'm going back to use their services, and I was absolutely amazed with their work. Friendly, happy and fast. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been going here since it had opened and the quality has remained the same. They have never given me a chance to complain. I really appreciate their service :)
