Awful, disgusting and shocking. I took in my fiancé's newly bought shirt (unused) for the wedding to get it ironed. When I went to collect there was a black oily kind of stain on it, when I pointed this out to the chap, he threw the shirt on the counter and claimed I am lying and I brought in the shirt with the stain (newly bought unused shirt)! He was very rude and shouting with me that he has been in the business for 20 years and I know nothing. Somehow I managed to make them take it back and fix the problem. Only they created more. Instead of cleaning it, they brushed out the stain, which completely ruined the fabric of the shirt. It was an expensive shirt specifically bought for our wedding which is in a few days. When I complained and asked for them to pay the price of the shirt (had the receipt with me), they rudely refused, they were shouting with me, claiming I am lying, and saying I can take it to court they do not care, because I will not be able to prove they ruined it, anyway. So, I am asking anyone who reads this, please do NOT go there, and please let your friends know. They will ruin your clothes, shoes etc. and they will treat you with disrespect. They do not deserve any stars but the review would not post without marking at least one.

Have used their services for the last 4 years and can only say what a pleasant group of people that run it. The quality of service is absolutely superb especially pressing. I've used their alteration service and shoe repairs and i'm really impressed.

The old guy with the beard in this shop cut me a dodgy key, which bent on first use. I went to get a refund and he refused, blaming me for using too much force! He then called me ugly and threatened me, telling me to leave the shop. I reported him to the police for being verbally abusive and I'm taking him to court for my refund.I actually went to the other well known key shop and told them what happened, I showed them the bent key and he told me the key was cut on the wrong machine, so it clearly was not fault. Apparently loads of their customers end up at the other shop to get another key and they seem to rip people off and get away with it. Not this time.

What a fantastic service! Lovely gentlemen went above and beyond to repair a broken zip on my much loved bag. So frilled he repaired it as otherwise would have cost around £50 to replace zips. But regardless of that, they really wanted to do their very best to help. 5stars highly recommended.

Went for my wife's wedding dress, they returned it very well, looked like new one. It just refreshed our memories, I'll recommend them highly. 5 star

Don't even bother wasting your time. I asked them to repair something for me and they said it would be available in 3 days, I came back 4 days later to find out they haven't even started them and forgot about my order.They didn't even bother to apologise or try to notify me, the phone number doesn't work and the women in there is a waste of space. What a waste of £3 carpark and 30 mins of my time after a long shift at work.

Avoid this place. There's a reason they have low ratings. Very rude, insulting & disgusting customer service even to paying customers. Zero skills on polite communication. Take your money elsewhere.
