Very very poor. The 'owner' tried to insinuate that my wife's bag was plastic and fake as it was made in Spain, I have contacted the company and they have confirmed it is leather and that a large number of their bags are made in Spain and subsequently send me confirmation.

This was a very disappointing experience heightened by the fact it was the apparent owner.

It was very embarrassing in an open shop to be accused of buying fake goods, but he should feel embarrassed as ultimately he has no knowledge of the company in questions products.

Have used this company for the last 8 years and can only say what a pleasant group of people that run it. The quality of service is absolutely superb. No heavy chemical smells left on your suits etc and damn good pressing. I've used their alteration service and shoe repairs and again always really pleased.
