I am absolutely devastated after giving them my wedding dress to clean. It only had mud on the bottom and has come back with mud still on it and holes all over it. I cried when I saw it. They insisted on doing a technical assesment and it came back to with them saying it did not withstand the cleaning that the label suggested it should have done and was a manufacturing error. I think this is highly unlikely that a £2000 wedding dress from a well known london designer has been made poorly. I just wish a big company like this would own up they made a mistake and say they are sorry. I have not had any empathy from any staff member that they have destroyed my wedding dress!

Found myself in urgent need of a dry cleaner’s who could do a 1 day turn around on a jacket and tie, to clothe my recently deceased father.
After being turned away from a competitors in the Solihull area, who were rude and unhelpful, it then became apparent that Google was only offering options which were already closed for the day (at 4 or 4:30pm).
Eventually I looked closer to home and found that this business in Kenilworth do the cleaning in house and were open until 5:30pm (another 30 minutes when I was a 25-30 minute journey away!)
The ladies here were lovely, the first was not only prepared to wait for me to arrive, but was attentive to the marks on the garments and reassuring that they would go over again if first attempt wasn’t entirely successful.
It was to be a different lady doing the actual clean, but all information passed on and special care paid to the concerns I had shown them.
The results were excellent, all ready by 1pm the next day, but just as importantly, you helped to smooth out a crisis after a difficult few days.

I don't understand the meaning of special dry cleaning svc.. they made my new leather jacket as full damaged!! very regrettable to visit here.

Sometimes the shop is closed during working times (no reasons are given) or the shop is open but unattended.
