alright could ask for better ironing

I have been using Chiltern Specialist Cleaners for years , mainly for suits, school uniforms and I have always been very happy with their service. They are friendly and always endeavor to have your 'clean' ready as soon as you need it. Never had a problem. It is also convenient to park nearby and drop off/pick up. I have given them 4 star simply because I have used their service only for suits etc

My wife took our duvet for a same day clean. Came back dirtier than it went so sent it back to be redone. Was told it would take 3 days.

Picked it up again and got home to be called to say they had given her the wrong duvet. So back again to get the right one. Asked for refund, but only willing to refund 50% of price. Could go to Trading Standards, but frankly, just will not go there again.

PS just noticed the owner has stated that the matter is resolved and we are back. This is not true, the matter was not resolved to any satisfaction and will not go back

Always a pleasant experience and high quality clean. Good at repairing shoes as well.

Only dry cleaners i trust, good value and excellent service

I had a very soiled duvet which I urgently needed cleaning. I did not think they could get the stains out but they did a brilliant job and they did it in 24 hours. It was an excellent and very helpful friendly service. Well done

I have stopped using this dry cleaners after using them for many years when they insinuated that I lied when I brought a clean item back that they had failed to clean and had charged me for !
