Fantastic dry cleaners

I've been a customer of this dry cleaners for a few years now and it hasn't been without hitches. Once I brought my new Hugo Boss overcoat to them to clean and when I had it back, the overcoat was damaged on the front side because someone doing the cleaning scrubbed the fine wool with some sort of harsh brush. At that point I decided not to escalate which was probably a mistake.

A couple months ago I gave four suits to clean and when I put on one of them for the first time since the cleaning, it turned out there was a hole on its side about 1cm in diameter which hadn't been there before. I came to the shop and explained the situation however the owner refused to admit it was their fault and instead I received a call from the actual dry cleaners manager who also said it wasn't possible that the damage happened at the drycleaners etc. and suggested to repair it.

When I collected the suit, the repair was done absolutely in sloppy manner and there is no way one would be wearing a suit with a hole.

No longer I plan to be a customer of Gronroos as you're good to them as a paying regular customer up until the point they screw up and refuse to admit it lest compensate for it.

I moved to a different city and forgot my very lovely shirt with you. Thank you for reminding me after 4 months. I appreciate.
