I have used The Ironing Shop for alterations and laundry. The option of collection and delivery really suits me, especially as I work full time. Mark is very professional and amenable, going above and beyond with an evening service. The alterations were expertly done and the duvets washed to an excellent standard. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been using The Ironing Shop for about 2 years. The system works great. I text Mark and he collects ironing that evening. Then back 1-3 days all ironed to professional standard. Also picked up dry cleaning suits which worked great. 100% recommend him

Found the ironing shop online . Called them , left a message and they phoned me back promptly. Two pairs of trousers needed altering .. shortening in the leg . They came to my house , picked up the trousers , altered and returned them to me within 4 working days . Job completed exactly as instructed at a very reasonable price . Service was most professional and very friendly . Will use again and happy to recommend them .. Really nice people .

Was cut up multiple times on the m27, by the red van. Had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting them. Poor.

My £495.00 Veni Infantino Mother of the Bride dress has been ruined by The Ironing Shop in Tuckton, Bournemouth. I have written a letter to the owner sending it via Royal Mail Signed for. I gave him 14 days to reply. The time was up on 10th November. To date I have not received a reply. See photos of the destruction of the bodice of my dress caused by The Ironing Shop drying cleaning service. I have had my dress assessed by a specialist dry cleaning technician. The Ironing shop used too high heat in their dry-cleaning process which has caused the destruction of the bodice of my dress. The first photo shows my beautiful dress before my daughter's wedding. I was hoping to wear my dress again for my 70th Birthday next August. No chance of that now.

I brought a throw for dry cleaning and found the service provided friendly and the prices reasonable (£16 for a double sized throw). I called first to confirm the price and then dropped it off and received a text within a few days to collect. Items under £20 don't qualify for their free collection and delivery service but the shop is walking distance from me. Definitely will use them again as my throw is like new again and smells gorgeous 😍

Had my item ready before they said it would be, very reasonably priced and absolutely amazing job done. Highly recommended

We have used The Ironing Shop regularly for several months now. The service is impeccable; Mark collects from us on a Wednesday and returns everything to us spic and span on the Friday. Not only that, but he provides the same impeccable service to any repairs or alterations you may have. I can't recommend the service highly enough, it's brilliant.
