Neston Dry Cleaning

Ruined the collar of an expensive jacket charged me for coat instead of jacket still charged me 9.99for ruining jacket. Was very rude and aggressive. Seriously needs a customer service course. Shame as I used to use this dry cleaners when it was run by an excellent team. Never again.

I had a dreadful accident with a bottle of red nail varnish on a lime green wool jacket. Having tried to remove the stains without much success, despite the determined efforts of my cousin, we thought the jacket was for the bin. As I needed to wear it for a wedding, I was desperate. The manager at Neston Dry Cleaners did her very best. When I returned a few days later, I couldn't believe it. My jacket was almost as good as new, and I couldn't see any staining anywhere. I am exceptionally impressed with the standard of cleaning here, and would certainly recommend this company. Well done!

The manager and staff are excellent. My older coats have a new life. Jaegar Jackets that are difficult , i ask to be washed. They are steamed like new. Charming, busy business, I recommend. Lynn aged 74

I am a regular customer of Neston Dry Cleaning, I have had everything cleaned here including Ugg boots, curtains, bedding plus had a dress altered. Lovely honest helpful staff, if you present them with a stain, they will try their best to remove it. Highly recommend

Friendly caring girls who work at neston dry cleaners , nothing is ever a problem and if you are needing something in a rush they will do their absolute best to get it ready for you , highly recommended anyone to use them , nice to support an independent business too rather than the chains 👍🏼👍🏼

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Have previously done fab dry cleaning for our family but they have just pressed some children’s dresses for us and done a fantastic job. Reasonably priced and so pleased with results.

I went in with a badly stained ornate beaded dress and got it back as good as new
