Local gem. Sorted me out with on the spot tailoring of shortening and tapering my jeans for a celebration emergency I had. Massively experienced, quality job done with grade A materials.

Highly recommend. Repair to the trousers on two expensive suits, replace button on overcoat and dry clean all items. Excellent service at reasonable cost and quick turnaround.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My partner brought in a mattress protector, a one which I was present when buying. After several attempts to pick this up, the owner laughed in my face insisting this other mattress protector was the one brought in. I paid and took it as frankly, as a woman being laughed at for insisting on a product that we brought in being returned but being gaslighted as this is definitely the product. The product was a completely different colour to the one brought in AND is not the same as does not even fit the bed, see photo. It's like bringing in a skirt and told that you brought in trousers. Do not waste your time or money.

No refund. No compensation. The man was aggressive and uncooperative. He wouldn't even give me a receipt for my partner to return and discuss.

Very polite and smooth customer service. I have used the tailors service for the fair price and will definitely come back with more garments.

Items were different colour. Doesn’t take care and refuses to give receipt. Gets cocky, of course I ain’t gonna call the police for £20 but says call the police if you want. Have been a loyal customer but clearly doesn’t care about regulars either. Listen to everyone else and do not go here. Just go down the road.

Do not use to dry clean - this man took my £14 to clean my coat but no attempt was made what so ever. Please see pictures attached to how it was handed back a week later. He also asked for cash payment too so i can't even claim it back :(. He raised his voice at me and was not diplomatic at all. I just regret handing the money over without checking the job first. This is a £500 weekend maxmara coat. Hence having it dry cleaned. DO NOT USE. Just to reiterate no attempt was made to clean any part of the coat regardless of the for warning. that was my disappointment that he had not cleaned any part of the coat not just the stain. hence all the pictures of different parts of the coat. total con
