Great service and quality. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The quality of the cleaning is always excellent. Definitely recommend.

I had a dress and a pair of jeans altered and I'm really pleased with the results. Turnaround was quick - it only took a day for alterations.

I was served by a gentleman named Ali and he was courteous and very knowledgeable. When I went to collect my alterations, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they've been "pressed" too although I've only paid for alterations! I'll definitely be using them again.

Awful. They have completely ruined my daughters designer handbag and I am having to pursue them through the courts to get compensation. Fortunately i have written proof from a professional dry cleaners and the designer who both say that the bag was not cleaned properly and caused the damage. Ali the Manager however does not want to discuss any form of compensation, hence why am having to go through the courts. Fortunately I have evidence so we will win but it is very poor service and attitude to a complaint. Avoid at all costs, spend a little bit more on your cleaning and get a decent service would be my advice.

Very expensive for alterations

We have used New Heritage Dry Cleaners for the past 3 years and they have always provided a great service and a quick turnaround time. Ali and the rest of the team are friendly, polite and courteous. We will unfortunately be moving out of the area but could not recommend highly enough.
