Kent Alterations and Dry Cleaners

This was a pleasant surprise, i went to enquire the possibility of making alterations to a 3/4 length leather jacket with regards to its Zip, the gentleman behind the counter offered a much better plan of alteration, which i accepted was a massive improvement on my idea. Took my prom dress to be altered as it’s satin and needed a professional to take it in, it was amazing ! Wouldn’t even know it had been touched, and the time it took was great, amazing service and such lovely people would 1000% recommended using them

Brought in a wedding suit for alterations. Fantastic advice when we brought it in, quick turnaround (a week), and the result is perfect! Would definitely recommend for tailoring.

Prior to using Kent Alterations, I contacted another well know chain store, famous for their shoe repairs and key cutting, and they would have taken 2 weeks(!) to do the repair…..these guys had it ready for me to collect the following day after dropping it off!

I have had many dresses altered here and all fabulous . I also had a delicate chiffon jacket shorten for my sons wedding and I was so chuffed as was very nervous about shortening it as was going over the dress as part of a set . It looked fabulous !!

Today though I had to rush down and get a black evening gown shortened for tomorrow night !! Nothing is ever a problem and was done in an hour . Outstanding Service which is so hard to find these days.

I have had a number of items (dresses, dungarees, trousers) altered here and I've always been 100% happy with the service. I just went in to get 2 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of trousers made shorter and it was only £24. Such good value for money, really friendly staff, and great results. :)

Had an urgent zip repair on trousers and was completed very professionally within the hour! Very reasonably priced too. I was advised dry cleaning wasn't done on site which changed my plans for that but the service was excellent. Thank you
