James and Andy are AMAZING. They offer an impeccable service and are extremely good at what they do. They take great care of every garment and turn things around in super time. I have no problem sending my most delicate pieces to them, I trust them fully. I would highly recommend Buckingham Dry Cleaners and personally I won't ever go anywhere else.

The loveliest dry cleaners. When due to an error on Google about their opening times I couldn’t pick up my dress for when I needed it the generous, charismatic team offered the kindest resolution. The dress looks fantastic too, an excellent job overall, I’m a new huge fan 💖

If it's not a superbasic cleaning, be very careful with what you give them. They said they could clean the stains on the sleeves of my suede shearling jacket from Acne (attached). Blanc and Jeeves refused to take the dirty velocity jacket because they did not want to take the risk of ruining it, but Buckingham Dry Cleaners did and they completely destroyed it (attached). Seems like they put it in a shredder...but the cherry on top is that they actually believe they are not at fault and refuse to pay any compensation for it... In any case, they probably had good intentions but they still stand on their position that they should not pay anything for destroying it like that, which is shocking. It's off to the bin- 1,500 GBP retail and at least 600 GBP if sold second hand gone to dust like that because of them. Heads up then, don't hand it anything risky or expensive, you'll have a safer and more honest answer from Jeeves or Blanc.

Disgrace. Absolutely would no trust this place with the most basic items. Tell you its £50 but then charges you £180 DIGUSTING!!!

Amazing service ! They managed to restore the colour on a very damaged Burberry Trench.
I stained it, tried to rub it off and ended up making some water marks and take the colour away. Thank to their amazing work I could sell it online for a good price and got a great feedback from the buyer.
