Regency Dry Cleaners

They lost my trousers, didn't call me. Fortunately they eventually did find them but didn't call me as promised to update me so it was I phoning them etc , They offered no apology or discount as a gesture of good will. I wonder what there policy was if the trousers weren't found.

Disappointing, rude and pretty useless service. Dropped my Ted Baker coat in for drycleaning. After collecting the coat I noticed that the belt was missing (a fairly integral part to the coat)- called the shop - lacklustre apology, promised that they would call me back later. I called in the afternoon after not hearing anything, an incredibly rude man answered who didn't apologise and said I was ridiculous to expect any sort of compensation. I then popped in a few days later as they'd supposedly found my belt - turned up and someone else's belt was presented to me (which makes you think how many times this has happened before!) Eventually they find my belt but there is zero apology and zero acknowledgement over the faf on my part.
AVOID! If you can't avoid then make sure that they ticket every bit of your clothing.

Fantastic service and quality for money, very friendly helpful staff that go an extra mile, we bring very delicate clothes as well as every day clothes, they come up perfect every time. I would highly recommend their services, thank you Regency Dry cleaners for providing a service which is way better than the rest!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Awful experience, since they’ve changed owners. Rude staff, permanently damaged our rug after losing it for six weeks. Refused to provide a refund for the ‘service’. Our neighbours have had equally awful experiences recently. Avoid!

Do not recommend! They ruined my item, refused to give a refund so £40 out of pocket & the item was £100! Disappointed. Won’t ever go back, regardless of being a local resident.
