Would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and unable to remove stains on multiple products. Does not reply to emails.

Have visited here once for an alteration. They have a small changing cubicle and the tailor was available to discuss what I needed. It was a dress that needed shortening - simple enough but they took the time for me to try it on and explain what I wanted. Price was a little high but worth it. They whatsapped me when it was ready to collect. It took just under a week but I said I didn't need it urgently. Would definitely go back. Repair your clothes instead of buying new!

My husband always brings our dry cleaning to Droplet next to Southfields station. Ausra is so professional and always helpful, she explained clearly to us the process of my husband’s leather jacket cleaning, and the result was amazing! Looked like new!! Definitely recommend this dry cleaner and if anything specific, definitely speak to Ausra. Definitely recommend !
