This place has always charged me fairly and done a great job on my alterations and repairs.

The mobile phone repair concession inside is also great - very fast turnaround, good knowledge and again, fair pricing.

5 stars - no complaints at all.

I came to this place to supposedly “clean” my coats, and after even RETURNING them because they were not cleaned fully the first time, I have left their shop once again with jackets that were not cleaned properly. This has to be the worse dry cleaner ever. Unfortunately I cannot give it 0 stars because it doesn’t give me the option to, but if I could, I would. I am so extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will now have to take my coats to a DIFFERENT dry cleaner to have them cleaned once again. I simply cannot put into words how disgustingly unsatisfied I am with the quality of the service offered here.

I have been here twice. Both time have been bad experiences. I should have learnt the first time.
The first incident involved the manager returning a shirt wet and unironed. He had no care in the world yet he had the shirt for over 3 days. I was forced to wear a wet and unironed shirt to work.
Second time I recieved a fur coat with a chewingum type mark, he was adamant it wasnt him yet I gave him the fur jacket with no mark or stain. This could have been resolved by a refund but the manager has no manners. No customer service skills and offered to fight me. I do not condone in violence. I would have given this 0 stars if I could. Save the trip and go somewhere professional.

Appalling service! I took a white dress with a stain to this dry cleaners around Christmas time. The manager told me there was no problem and that I could come and collect it a week later. When I came to collect it he explained he needs more time as the stain didn't come off. I came back the following week and he said he had given the dress to his nephew to be dry cleaned as he has better facilities. Long story short, when around 10th of February he finally (after about 9 weeks and about 12 visits to the shop) he had the dress ready, he told me it was all good and clean when bringing it over to the till. The second he laid it on the table I saw the stain was still there. He had the nerve to try and sell me the dress as clean when it wasn't. He thinks his clients are stupid. At least had the brain not to charge me. I took the dress to another dry cleaners on the same road and got it cleaned in four days and it even cost less. Do not trust this dry cleaners, he's all talk!

Do not use their services - especially for suede. They do not know what they are doing - they have just ruined my jacket. I was told they could clean a stain within a week, and I had to chase them for nearly 3 weeks to get my clothing back. I barely got an apology for the tardiness, they were rude and came up with poor excuses throughout.

When i got it back it looked like they put the suede in water - it had shrunk and is now damaged. Do. not. go. here.

the bald guy is very rude and irrespective. Gave me a date to pick up my item, when i went to pick it up he told me it was not ready and for me to come 3 days later. when i did come 3 days later he told me it was not ready again and for me to come later during the week. when i finally picked up my jacket there was white marks that had not been there before. when i asked him why it was not clean he claimed that he didnt know. complete waste of time and the guy didnt care a single bit about his customer. very rude to in his responses. i will never step a foot in this place again

Would leave 0 star if possible.
Brand new £100 jumper ruined; multiple holes AND not even cleaned!
No mention of the damage on collection, had to return to the store to flag with the owner.
Owner was rude and refused to accept any responsibility.
Avoid at all costs.

I went there to collect my package. I was immediately met with a horrible nasty attitude from the man directly in front (grey beard and hair) who proclaimed "YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM". I understand it may be a stale/boring job, but Be a little friendly and you may get more business.
