Competent cleaners at everything but they dont follow instructions on cleaning or starching items.

I do not recommend this dry cleaners at all!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they ruined 3 pairs of expensive curtains! All curtains shrank and they blamed the material. They tried 3 times to alter the curtains to fix them and for worse every time. We had to buy new curtains for 3 rooms costing over £600. No compensation offered and didn’t even pay back the £160 we paid for the dry cleaning.

:-)had my suit jacket faltered in there and they done a fantastic job. Will definitely be using them again! Very fast service as well!!

Went in there on 18th July to see if the tailor could alter my trousers for me when I got there I spoke with this lovely lady called Jackie as I told her when I spoke to the manager called Kim on the phone she didn't tell me that the tailor is away on holiday I was a little abit annoyed that I came all the way from staple tye to bush fair in this hot weather for nothing but they did both apologise and Jackie told me to go down the dry cleaners In The Stow so I did she was very helpful towards me. It's not bad at all only £11.50 to get your trousers altered

Excellent dry cleaners. I've been using them for three years and I've not had any issues. They are really friendly and competent. I regularly get suits and shirts dry cleaned and the service is far better than a local competitor (no residual odours). You need to wait a little longer but its worth it. I also get same day service wash on my duvet regularly. I had a coat altered last year and it was perfect - they phoned to double check requirements and great price too. Highly recommend!

I took an expensive leather jacket here to have the sleeves shortened by 4 inches. Obviously a little worried as once done mistakes couldnt be undone.
But, the jacket was returned with a perfect professional job of shortening the sleeves and now it is a perfect fit. Very very happy with this.
