Westmead Cleaners

My mother (who is in her 70s) took her duvet cover and pillow cases to Westmead cleaners. When she collected the duvet cover and pillow cases she was informed there was mild dew on a single pillow case. She was then acccused of bring the pillow case in with mild dew already on it. My mother is certain when she dropped off the pillow cases they did not have mild dew on them as she had stripped them of the bed. In addition on drop-off the dry cleaning assistant inspected the items and made no comments. Anyway to avoid any confrontation my mother simply paid the bill and left without a word. However was furious that someone so blatantly tried to take advantage of her.

Have only ever got great customer service and clean, well finished clothes back from this lot. Exactly what you want from a dry cleaners.

The best in the Sutton/Carshalton area.

Fantastic place, they do by far the best dry cleaning for my suit and shirts.. make it look new every time and they the best dry cleaners which are closest to me (I travel from banstead), and if I don't have time to give it to them I usually use the dry cleaners next to my work (canary wharf) - if I don't typically have time to pick up my shiŕt they deliver the shirts to me (I am not sure if this is a service they provide for everyone). Still, the overall quality is the best, considering I use dry cleaning every week and used dry cleaners from Baker street were unused to live, canary where I work.

And more importantly, the value for money, I do believe they are a lot cheaper than anyone I used in past

Great friendly and local dry cleaners. They do a great deal on wash and iron of shirts, so worth it.
