a very professional service, with great prices. Been in the community for a long time and that's a testament to the service they deliver.

Would recommend

I brought a tie and they completely destroyed it.
Then instead of telling me what happened, they tried to give it back to me hiding the destroyed side.
Once at home, I realized and brought it back.

And this is what happened:
1. in the beginning they argued it was impossible that they did it (i.e. i must have done it by myself)
2. then when I told them they would have never taken a tie in those conditions to wash, they offered to repair it
3. they repaired it but the tie is kinda in the same condition as it was without the repair - ie can't really wear it
4. in the end, they refused to pay anything because they decided that the tie must have been washed in water before (i.e. they decided I washed it in water in the past!) and this is why it all happened

What can I say?
DON'T GO THERE!
They destroy your stuff and they don't even admit it - even worse they start arguing it was your fault

Never got a similar disrespectful treatment in my life before.

Ps I am seeing now your reply to my post.
So now after saying that I washed it in water, you argue it was a different tie.
I don't even want to answer to the accusation of bringing back a different tie (which by the way made me laugh for a good 10 minutes). I am sure people are smart enough to draw their own conclusions from your reply.

An amazing dry cleaners efficient. I have lived in Marylebone several years and although their are lots of other dry cleaners in the area Chic are the best they are a friendly family run business and always put the customer first and extremely reliable.

Very bad service. I asked for a repair on my suit jacket but they made it worse... Even a child can do better... and they are ridiculously expensive

I don't recommend it at all. You will be disappointed.

disastrous service. clothes damaged, not only refused to reimburse (they have no insurance) but started arguing they were already damaged when i brought them.

Good family business who will do their work well
