Classic Dry Cleaners

Every time I go to collect my clothes it's never ready, like today 3rd January went to pick up three jacket not even pressed it's 3.15pm in the afternoon, I put these jackets in early Tuesday morning, no one there to press it told to come back 7.30pm. Not reliable.

They never answer the phone! i've been trying for weeks to get hold of them to find out if my items are still available for collection. No matter how many times, nobody answers the phone!!!

They ruined my landlord's drapes and refused to rectify the issue.

Horrible service!
They made a mistake and refused to confront the issue.
Staff were completely rude and dismissive! I am absolutely horrified that this behaviour is deemed acceptable! I would recommend any other dry cleaners if you want your clothes done with integrity. Complete rip off, a waste of time and full of selfish, appalingly behaved staff. If I were able to, I wouldn't have even given them the generous gift of one star.
