Good same day service and good prices with on sight repairs and alterations

Waste of money, took a 2 piece suit in with some light marks on (would come out in a normal wash easily). Suit came back in worse condition than when dropped off, creased and maybe sprayed with a fabric freshener. Never using again. Awful

Very disappointed took five bridesmaids dresses in to be altered to find a week before my wedding that some didn't fit took them somewhere else to be checked to be told it was the worst alterations she'd seen in all her years doing her job and also cost me another £50 to get it corrected and re shaped when I'd payed originally £40 a dress for the alterations done here, didn't dare get others re checked, very upsetting when you pay for a service & trust there high standard of work.

All i can say its a shocking place to go ...i took pair off trousers in for legs to be taken up and they havnt been done to the measurements pinned at ..i went in to pick trousers up and they were creased looked like they'd been thrown on floor in a pile ..they were brand new trousers ...i will be writing a letter off complaint to manager..feel like taking the trousers back for them to re do but dont like their attitudes...poor poor service...😤

Good customer service

I am very happy with the service I received today.
Extremely happy with the work achieved on my leather winter jacket, which needed a repair to the lining/sleeve area, new leather hanging loop and a good dry cleaning after ten years of winter use.
I left it with them for a week as I was not in a hurry, the owner explained carefully that due to the four different materials in the jacket, he couldn't guarantee the outcome would be perfect. I also spoke to the the lady that would be doing the repair and i was confident in her abilities.
Well it is perfect and well worth the £55 that i paid for a jacket which my wife paid £300 for as a gift to me.
I would recommend using Rugby Dry Cleaners again on the basis of this work and service.
