Gave them a pristine mattress topper for a routine clean. They attempted to clean it three times as each time they returned it they had put new dark grey stains in it. After the final attempt I noticed there was also now material damage alongside the new stains so declined their offer to “try again”.

I offered to compromise on a 50% refund instead but they have completely ignored me so I feel compelled to leave this review - had this been an item of clothing it would be totally ruined.

Great service, thank you! I've had lots of alterations done - always to a high standard, giving me new clothes out of something I would have given away. Eddy is very cheery and helpful.

Took an expensive cream suit in, the trousers were pretty stained so wasn’t expecting much and the guy was helpful and tried his best to salvage them. However, there was nothing wrong with the jacket but the dry cleaners have shrunk it and it is no longer wearable (~2 inches on the arms). Have tried calling multiple times to get money back for ruined jacket - very frustrated, will keep trying…

Can not recommend highly enough! I have been taking my clothes here to be altered for several years and the results are always beautiful with the tailor going above and beyond to make even quite difficult alterations seamless. The staff are very kind and accommodating, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well deserved 5*

I got a replacement button sewed on my trousers - maybe the easiest job going. One week later the button popped off, so I took the trousers back and asked for an extra button to be sewed on as support. Two weeks passed, I went in - "sorry they're ready yet". Er, OK. I went back a week later in the middle of the day and it was shut. I went back a week later and it was shut again! My wife picked them up this week, and when she gave them to me I was surprised to find that no extra button had been sewed on. Lo and behold the original button just popped off again - after only a few days wear. I won't be going back. Anyone got a recommendation for a local tailor who gives a **** about their work?
