Teddington Dry Cleaner

Excellent dry cleaner, and good personal service. Unlike the other so-called dry cleaners in the area, these people actually do know what they are doing. They offer a pick-up and deliver service as well. I use them very regularly - every week - for suits (dry clean) and shirts (laundry). Recommended.

Terrible customer service! After quoting me one price they refused to return my clothes until I paid an additional 50% after they claimed they hadn't charged me for one extra item. Wouldn't accept it was their fault. Will never use again.

They had an agreement to take parcels from Hermes to earn extra money. When I go to collect they say they "didn't want to do it anymore" so had them all collected and sent back after I drove an hour round trip to collect.
At the very least they could of honoured the parcels they did have and not take anymore so people don't waste their time.

Nothing was lost in translation. You made it very clear you "didn't want to do this service" anymore and also that my only choice was to contact the company I purchased from. There was no mention of another shop locally which I could of gone to but you were not forthcoming with any information and clearly not concerned about my predicament not being able to collect items I bought that WERE delivered to your shop.

Friendly staff. However the Dry cleaning service is questionable. Items took a week to come back (although they quoted max 3 days) which wasn’t the biggest issue. It was returned scorched beyond repair with staining that was not present initially. Not only did I have to pay for the dry cleaning, I now need to replace damaged items at a cost of £550.
