Cleaner the Betta

Gave a coat, had mud stain at the back quite prominent.. coat came back with same mud stain, took it back and they said they missed it, will clean again.. when came back to collect same mud stain.. said will clean again.. asked for coat back and refund.. refund refused .. fine.. but woman came from the back and was so extremely rude.. no manners..
Started personally attacking me , rude comments like ' go home and have a cup of tea' , rude gestures.. no skill in handling complaints at all, not admitting any fault for missing stain in the first place. Took my coat back but really very shocked at the attitude and poor treatment i received from what seems like a family business.

Extremely rude white women claims to be the owner no meners personal attcking for nothing but waste I just feel sorry for her.
