Finesse Dry Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!! I have now had two garments totally ruined by them The first one was my wifes coat where they burnt the edges beyond repair. This was around a year ago. Against my better judgement, I dropped on a blazed recently. I arrived to collect the item and thankfully i checked to see the front of the blazer almost completely burnt to shreds (no joke) all the herringbone was burnt off along with two brown burn marks. I immediately said you have ruined my blazer to which they starred blankly at it for a while and said it was not their fault it is the manufactures fault, so they said come back in a few days and they would see what they could do. I returned and they said it was like this when they got it and they cannot be responsible for my wear and tear. Honestly, a homeless person would feel ashamed to wear this now. to think I gave it to them like this is what's so insulting. I offered to settle privately (£100 for a blazer worth £300 new) , something any self respecting small business would jump at, but no luck, so i will be perusing them through legal action but surprise surprise they are not a member of any trading association's and they have no complaints procedure. I take no pleasure writing this, but if you value your clothes, avoid avoid avoid.

First time we've tried it. Very friendly owners and flexible around our specific needs as we had a last time issue with our washing machine and needed a quick turn around. Will use again.

I had a complicated alteration request and it was done to perfection, very skilled lady. Have gone there many times for dry cleaning and they are brilliant, very friendly also. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Basma has shortened dresses and altered tablecloths for us beautifully, and also managed to sort a coat zip without replacing the whole zip. Dry cleaning has all been excellent too. Five star service all round. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I pay £75 for a terrible service . I only took it to wash and dry and he gave it to me wet and with some torn clothes, also with pieces of plastic (not my clothes) A ​​white t-shirt that I have has pink stains, I told him very clearly that I wanted my clothes separate (colours and whites). Some of the clothes were still dirty as well . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I would never use this place again.

Basma did the alterations on my wedding dress and the result was absolutely amazing! The dress needed some fairly complicated changes, such as changing the shape of the skirt, shortening several layers including an outer layer with a scalloped edge and lots of appliques and building a bra into a strapless, backless top. Basma executed everything to perfection in a short space of time and for a very reasonable price. She also came up with additional ideas and improvements and I now have the dress of my dreams! Really lovely person and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
