Apollo Dry Cleaners

If possible I would give 0 starts. I've had my fur coat dry cleaned at this shop only to collect back a damaged coat that cannot be worn again. I've returned to the shop to show the staff the damage and to my surprise I was being fulled straight on my face and told there's no damage to the coat. The fur itself looks like a homeless dog's fur (as there's no other way to explain the damage). The member of staff present in the shop called the manager and explained ( in of course a different language than English so I do not know what he said) and when talking to the manager, a so called mrs Jamela Mahmood, she said my coat was not damaged and to go back to the shop I bought it from... Now, to my surprise, she hasn't seen the coat yet told me the coat was not damaged...
I don't usually take my time to write reviews but this has been by far the worse customer service ever.

An absolute Joke!, I took about 10 Fila jackets to Apollo Dry Cleaners to get Bj badges added on, only to find one come back with 5 holes around the original badge, the Manager told me," It was probably like this before?, as our stitching is different to the original?, "
but I knew it wasn't as I always inspect my clothes upon receipt just like I did the other 9, so that's how I noticed the holes as very thorough. Just trying to fob me off thinking I will go away, when she should just pay me compensation for their negligence?

I took a skirt for hemming and specifically asked the lady (and she wrote it down ) for the FRONT of the skirt to be taken up 4 inches and the BACK of the skirt to be taken up 2.5 inches. Arriving home I have found out that the alteration was done INVERSELY . HOW CAN I WEAR IT NOW I AM STEPPING ON THE FABRIC ?! I have an event I need to go to wearing it, how? How on earth can't they make a difference between the front of a skirt and the back ( there is a label at the back). Horrible service, they ruined my skirt and the event I was planing to go to wearing it.

Highly recommending these dry cleaners, staff are amazing always helpful always smiling. They are doing an amazing job

Just very disappointing.
I took two coats to them to clean. turns out they don't look like they've been cleaned :(

Should have read the reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dry cleaners at all costs. Rude staff and your clothes are guaranteed to get stains and holes. By far the worst dry cleaners in the area.

Put two coats in to be cleaned. Filthy. Smell. In a worse state than when I put them in. So disappointed. Spent nearly 20 quid. Can I have a refund?
