Excellence

Pleased with an expensive (well over £200) but good quality patching of an old leather flying jacket and unconcerned to discover that a small length of stitching needed on both pockets had been missed. A five minute job at most and these things happen.

I dropped in today and was frankly amazed to be asked for another £25 on the basis that I should have noticed at the time, which of course I should have. A polite exchange followed by me leaving with the unfinished coat. Very disappointing and I’ll stitch the pockets myself.

It’s a shame because I’m local and have a pile of other clothes to get sorted too.

Not recommended. Avoid or take care!
