The same day service is fantastically quick and reliable. The owner has gone above and beyond many times to cater to specific needs and time schedules including waiting past the closing time to ensure you get your clothes etc. As a repeating customer, I have never had any complaints and the pricing is absolutely justified for the premier service that is offered compared to some other dry cleaners in the area. Personally, being able to get all my dry cleaning done on the same day has provided utmost convenience

Brought in a dress for alteration, picked it up today.... After trying at home, I had to go back to the shop as I genuinely thought they had it mixed for a dry-cleaning item as I honestly could not see any before/ after difference. A complete waste of time, money and effort.
The person did not follow what she had pinned when I first went into the shop (i.e to define the waist) and the dress still looked like a straight bag.
She did not even attempt to explain what she had done and why (i.e not respect her own layout) and only made it sound like it was just easier for her to do it that way. The owners offered to have the measurements taken again before proceeding to stare blankly at the dress in silence. At this point, I asked them to just chuck it in the bin.
Do not waste your time and go somewhere else.

I had visited this place twice. One time for dry cleaning winter coats another time for trousers alterations. The service is good and quick nothing to complain so far.

The Village Dry Cleaners were recommended by a friend but I was still nervous when I asked them to clean my expensive cream-coloured lined and interlined curtains. One pair is floor to ceiling and the other fills a large bay window. They were returned beautifully folded and, when hung, they looked as good as new. I couldn't have been more pleased and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. I don't give five stars lightly.
