They have damaged my trousers suit, totally destroying the fabic. Needless to say, they did not repay it. - After reading their reply, I can confirm that they have destroyed the fabric of the suit and are refusing to pay the damage they have done. I asked to activate their insurance company, but they have not done it.

Exactly what I hoped for, my suits and leather jacket were cleaned well, they were ready on the date initially specified. I will definitely use them again.

I have to say it is a totally disgusting experience. The blue stain haven’t been cleaned and the Louis Vuitton tag is broken. I found it when I got home, They didn’t even tell me that the tag is broken when I pick it up. Look at the picture! How could it happen? I promise it didn’t break before I sent it. It’s a £1000 £ sweater. This merchant totally destroy it! And at this situation, they still charge me 30 pounds! LMAO how dare! Don’t come to this dry cleaners unless you want to be fooled.

Great dry cleaning service. A bit expensive but worth the price for such well done job. They've managed to remove every though stain I've brought to them. The alterations service is also high quality.
