I visited during the week and the morning staff were amazing , did exactly what I asked for were so kind and had a lovely conversation. Kathy and Emma were very helpful and informative. Will defiantly use again as this was my first time.

Just picked up a cream blazer that I dropped off last week to be dry cleaned. Very disappointed with the results, the blazer looks exactly the same as how I left it but just on a hanger with a plastic covering! If I knew that was all I was paying £13.75 for I wouldn’t have bothered. None of the stains have been treated. When I questioned this to the lady in the shop she said that’s all you can expect from an express service - if that’s the case then what’s the point!! Waste of time and money.

The tailor was incredibly rude and condescending when I questioned her work. I was made to feel a fool and was shouted at. Teach her some customer service skills. Awful experience. I will never set foot in this place again.

I used their laundry to wash my duvet. They were extremely helping and overall the service was excellent. I would definitely use this company again

I tried the shirt cleaning service a few times. It's simply not worth it. The shirts are not well cleaned and ironed. Is not a professional service. Once they also stained of my shirts and they didn't really care. I guess errors could happen but not even an excuse or acknowledgement?

Only came in to shorten a dress and was charged £30!!! The staff was fairly rude. Was told they could steam it for me which was also not done. Don’t recommend

Recently had two pairs of curtains altered. The tailor did a fantastic job and although we were advised it might take a week, the curtains were ready the next day. Thanks for the superb service.

Got my suit dry cleaned here which had some makeup stains. They did a great job and was done quickly. It's quite expensive but from what I understand I paid pretty much the going rate.
