Lewisham Dry Cleaners

Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional staff member, with poor knowledge of textiles. Most disrespectful and clearly not in need of any new business. Have recently moved to the area and have always had excellent dry cleaning services all over the world including other parts of London, so very disappointed with the experience I had here. It instilled no confidence whatsoever, so I refused to give my business due to the staff members behavior and manner.

I had really bad customer service here. I had dropped off a dress that needed dry cleaning before a wedding. I had gone to pick it up during advertised open hours on the Friday before the event only to find the shop closed. I called later that day to check they would be open on the Saturday at the advertised time and was assured they would be. I was therefore very frustrated to find them still closed the following morning at 8.30am. When I was finally able to pick up the dress (after the event for which I had needed to find an alternative outfit at the very last minute) the man was incredibly rude and entirely unapologetic. There are much more reliable (and friendly!) dry cleaners in the area so I will not be returning.

Worst experience ever. I've taken there a dress and when I went there to pick it up,I've been told by the owner that he didn't know what happened to it and that it might have been handed to another customer.
If you want to have your clothes back,avoid this place.

The bloke that works there makes you feel like he's doing you a favour, and your dry cleaning is a massive inconvenience. Also takes him almost a week to dryclean a suit. Unfortunately there aren't any other dry cleaners in Lewisham centre.

The staff told me that everything is expensive in this country. I have no idea why he told me that. We have never talking about prices. This was rude. If I came to dry cleaners why to tell me that every is expensive? Because I am from Ukraine so what? Ukrainian people are all poor? What is that? I am leaving 7 years in the USA, in more expensive place then London and the staff is telling me how expensive everything here? 😾 well. It is rude. Very rude. Just because of the attitude I am not recommend this place.

Went in to ask about having some shorts altered. I don’t know whether the man working was stressed but he was super rude, bordering on aggressive.

I had my winter coat dry cleaned, I was very happy with the results as well as an excellent customer service. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

A jacket I sent in to be dry cleaned after spilling something on the front and I’ve only worn once, came back and absolutely stank like body odour as if someone was wearing it, with the stains still there! I ended up throwing the jacket away as the smell was so bad. Wouldn’t recommend and they also don’t take card payments.
