Terrible. Ruined my expensive Loro Piana coat (£5000+) and refused to take responsibility. I still haven't received my refund until this day (it's almost been a year). The head office and manager rarely respond to calls and emails. No integrity, unaccountable, absolutely shameless. I don't know how they're still in business but please do not support!
