Disgusted. Absolutely ruined my Versace pillow case. Collected on Saturday and only put my bedding on on Sunday to see bleach marks and tears to the fabric. No one mentioned this to me when I collected and currently closed until I can contact on Monday. It would have been nice to be have been informed of the damage. They must have known.

So this where we are at ( husband and i ) are at with this business to date
Not long moved to area on 23rd August dropped 3 designer gant wool jumpers in and 1 gant shirt fir dry cleaning. All good up until today when we went to collect them......
Now discovered the items which amount to a total cost of £ 500 are not there! Totally vanished! Searched all items in the shop with young man who eas there every single hanger etc no where to be found. Asked for manager told he is not there asked young man to call him. Waited nearly an hour returned to shop to see manager no clothing he can't find it! Started shouting about his policy on how after 3 months they dispose of everything however looked clearly dumb founded when I told him it hasn't been 3 months and we were still in our timeframe to collect. Told us he didn't care about value he would find them but currently We are missing these items. Strange how these designer items cannot be found but tickets with items way past 3 months are still in the shop! Not accepting that my husband is clearly angry that this clothing is missing manager then chucks the ticket at me and tells me to look for them absolutely not your bloody shop not ours. You took the clothing to clean it! We have left the shop being told he will be in contact by midday next Tuesday as he needs to investigate.
Answer is if he can't find it his insurance will pay but have we have to give them receipts not sure who keeps receipts for clothing when an item was purchased 6 months to a year before. Will update this review accordingly however at this moment in time I am fairly sure we will end up taking this to court as we definitely will not sit by and allow items to vanish with such a value as they have done.

I have been using steamx for sometime specifically collection and delivery service and have found them to b reliable and friendly staff.

Stained an expensive coat and spent weeks trying to get it out, was close to giving up but thought i’d see what these guys could do and they somehow managed to get it out great customer service

It is the best Dry cleaning that I have experienced so far, its manager is very friendly , always caring about customers.

Went in for a coat alteration, as i was discussing with the man in the front of the store how to make the coat fit, his helper from the back said out loud "loose some weight", thinking probably that i won't hear. Upon remarking what the unseen guy said, the shopkeeper tried to pretend he wasn't talking about me. When the business thrives on people paying for alterations, whatever the cause, I wouldn't make fun of the clients. In the past I've been treated with respect by the shop owner, but this person who commented will make him lose customers, as they've lost my business and i shall complain to all who will listen from woodbridge area. Absolutely disgusting.
