Royal Dry Cleaning

Took a £119 Farah trench coat to this place for a professional dry clean. Picked it up - red fluff all over the jacket. Asked for it to be redone and for the coat to be put in its orginal condition. Gentleman who served me wouldnt believe the jacket come from his shop even though receipts were on me however "because i was the customer and because the shop has been there since 1997" he would not charge me for sorting it out!, how very kind! - picked the jacket, not the same jacket :( extremely disapointing

I took in a shirt with a torn out popper and it was adequately repaired and I was charged a mere £5. I will use him again.
Which I have since done, and once again a good alt/repair at low cost. V pleased.

Always a great service, have been using for many years and would not use anyone else!
