Really bad . AVOID AVOID AVOID. Completely ruined my coat which was sent in for a simple wash. The coat was washed incorrectly by staff so it shrank considerably. Also had stains when I went to collect it which it did not have when I gave it in. Took over 3 weeks to get it back , but was ruined completely . As a “gesture of good will” didn’t charge me the £10 for the wash. Despite ruining an £80 coat. Be VERY careful as they’ll probably ruin your items

Friday comes, we arrive to collect, and it's not there/not ready.

If you say something will be ready on Friday, make sure it is ready on that day.

If you want to waste your time, this company will certainly do that for you,

If the item is not ready on the day YOU SAID it would be ready, have the courtesy of informing the customer so they don't have to come all the way for nothing

A business operations course may be beneficial for the owners and staff of this place, they obviously have no idea, as we were not the only ones to face this issue.

Outstanding customer service and quality of cleaning. I’ve always struggled to find a dry cleaner that I like and I’ve finally found one. They went over and above with their service - it was a bank holiday and the dry cleaner wasn’t even open and yet they still picked up my clothes to clean, which were done in a matter of days. They were really flexible with timings and are incredibly good value. Couldn’t recommend this dry cleaners enough, truly great service. I will be using them as my regulars.

A good service and reasonable price generally, but I did not receive back the original bag or hangers for my suit etc. I'm not sure if this is typical practice for dry cleaners and these are always kept/thrown away so just something to learn from and not leave anything with the items, but still frustrating when the replacements provided are basic wire or thin plastic; you can't help but feel slightly cheated.

DO NOT use this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would and that still doesn't come close to the service I received. They are absolutely awful and completely incompetent.

When I took my items in and the lady had to ask what material each garment was with absolutely no clue as to what they were (it wasn't complicated - silk and cotton - so I basically just had to read the labels to her). When I collected them, they had ruined my silk skirt having removed the colour over a patch and puckered the material. I've taken it to another (actual professional) dry cleaners who has confirmed their poor work has damaged the skirt beyond repair.

They also didn't return two very special expensive items. I had to really press that I should have received them. After much stress in the venue where they swore blind it wasn't either in the shop or where they clean the items, I was eventually allowed to check the rack myself - I found them immediately pinned to someone else's garments who would have been given my shirts had I not checked myself.

I requested a refund given that they have irreversibly damaged a very expensive skirt and almost lost two items that I wouldn't have seen again had I not really pushed the issue to search the venue myself. I was told I wasn't allowed, unless I left the damaged skirt with them. Given how bad the service had been thus far I didn't trust them to leave anything else there. They therefore refused to refund me, even for the damaged skirt.

I have never experienced such poor and inadequate service at a dry cleaners before and I am absolutely devastated that my skirt has been ruined. Please don't go here. There's a much much better dry cleaners down the road.

Im a regular here and they are great, my items are always perfect when i get it dry cleaned, very efficient and great value. i would 100% recommend !!!

Very quick service to receive my items and the staff there are really nice. Jennifer is great very quick and kind. Great Service, will definitely be back
