Quality Dry Cleaners

Convenient location if living in Worcester Park, fast turn around - I dropped mine in at 9am and returned back at 4pm (2 pc suit, 1 trousers and 1 shirt, dry clean + repair). Reasonably priced (£20 total) and reliable - that's what you look for! Quality!

Shocking experience, took a £400 down feather jacket to be cleaned, first collection attempt two days after promised collection time. Jacket still damp.

Second collection was given someone else’s jacket with no hood, when returned to find my jacket they had to “try and find” the hood to my jacket and had to identify the jacket by my size.

Will be very ever trust them with dry cleaning ever again, so much for giving and independent a chance!

Update: I have my jacket back and I was refunded for the dry cleaning. I got a call from one of their team to apologize profusely and say it was a very unusual mix up. He grabbed the wrong jacket, which didn’t have a hood but my jacket was there all in one piece, he just got the wrong one and was very sorry.
I appreciate him taking the time to personally apologize and try to rectify the wrongdoing, not many companies these days will take the time to do that!

Both myself and my wife have been regularly using this dry-cleaners since moving to Worcester Park in 2014. I've always found the service very friendly and reliable, with quick turnaround where required. I have my suits and overcoats cleaned here and have never been anything other than happy with the results. They've even altered a suit for me, which again, I was very happy with. So I'm not sure what the negative comments here are all about, as I wouldn't trust my suits to a cleaners that hadn't properly cleaned (much less 'ruined') one! I suspect that, for most people, location is the primary deciding factor, when choosing where to get your clothes dry-cleaned - as opposed to online reviews. So don't let the negative reviews here put you off, if this is your handiest, most convenient local dry-cleaners give them a go. I highly recommend them.

I have lived in Worcester Park over 40 years and haver tried all the shops. I have been using Quality Dry Cleaners nextdoor to Nationwide for the last 4 years to clean my suits every week. They do a fantastic job and you get a great discount with a Worcester Park Key privalage card. The guys there are always pleasent and friendly. Jim B.

Superb dry cleaning. I have been having my designer clothes and bespoke suits dry cleaned by Naz for years, ever since I came across him at a well-known central London dry cleaners a decade ago. Now that he has opened his own business I am delighted to say that the quality of the dry cleaning is the same, if not better. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is impeccable.

They did a good job of cleaning and pressing my suit.
