Horizon Dry Cleaners

Best dry cleaning experience ever. Dropped my suit off in the morning and it was ready but the evening. It was timed perfectly as before i went work i dropped it off then i picked it up after work. Its clearly a family run business but id like to say how they are all very professional and polite. Had a lovely warm greeting with a nice smile as i walked through there door. If you want a quick, simple, and affordable service use them im 100% satisfied.

Lovely dry cleaners. The owners are friendly with lots of experience. I've had trousers altered here (taken in at the waist and shortened) and each time they've come back measuring exactly what I asked for. I've also had coats and jumpers cleaned and the quality is great, I trust their work. The prices are very reasonable too. I've moved away from Hoddesdon now but will use again when I'm back in the area.

I went into Horizon Dry Cleaners to get a T-shirt dry cleaned, and when the guy in there came over I ask to get the t-shirt dry cleaned and his reply was does it have any marks or stains on it, which i replied no, then the lady in the shop said something in a foreign language to him (which I find very rude) he then went on to say you know you can wash this at home yourself, which I replied I know that, but I want it done in a dry cleaners.

I have never had a dry cleaners turn away business before and just felt like what I have done or not done but let’s just say I won’t be using that dry cleaners again. Btw it’s so rude to speak in a another language when you have a customer in front of you.

We have had a number of alterations and dry cleaning done here and the quality is excellent, especially the alternations and for a reasonable price.

Amazing service, lovely people, so quick, had a pair of leather trousers far too big taken in come back perfectly !!

Really happy with our curtain alterations which weren't straightforward.
