Handed in an nice denim dress to hem and despite me and her measuring the length that I wanted together, she still managed to hem it so short that I can't wear it. Furious that she ruined it- not difficult to get the measurements right is it! No apology either. Avoid at all costs!

Only use this place out of desperation. Service and quality of work is disgrace! I used this place more than few times and every time lady behind the counter looked very unhappy. Brought my husbands favourite jumper to be mended as it had few holes in various places. I explained this is his favourite jumper and he refuses to throw it away and asked to do their best. Lady charged me £10 and put three pins. When I came back week later I noticed one hole wasn't fixed. She told me to come back in three days time! When I came back three days later I noticed another one undone. She bluntly told me "that one you didn't tell me to fix it" (I did ask to fix holes and do their best) The way she interacts to customers is not satisfactory. At least existing holes would have been done well, but the way they did I would have done better. It is not about £10 but time I wasted waiting and the way I was treated, also job not done well. No questions asked if happy with job done or not. I will never return here again, not even in desperation. Shame as this is / was my closest dry cleaner!

Had my laundry dried at this place. They did not even fold them properly. All had terrible creases on it when it shouldn't have.

1 star because 0 is not an option, gave my daughters brand new communion dress to steam, to get rid of wrinkles from packaging and delvery. Not only were the wrinkles still there but they stained the dress and had the gall to claim the stains were present before. No apology, no ownership of the issue just a dismissive smirk. We got a refund very reluctantly and the petty gent decided to give us our refund in small coins. NEVER USE THIS LAUNDRY.

I would advise against using this place. I only gave it one star because 0 isn't an option. I took a dress in for a simple new zip fix. Collected it this evening to take it away on holiday not only does it stink the zip that was put in isn't a new zip the clasp is hanging on by a thread and when I zipped it up the zip bust again. So poor and I will never use these again. I have now have to find a dry cleaner while I am on holiday to fix this. I wish I had left it as it was. Worse I've paid for the service and still have no dress to wear. Please don't waste your time this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this cleaners, I will travel elsewhere to find a dry cleaners next time

They did not dry clean the items I took in. I collected them and they were covered so had no idea. Paid them and took them home only to discover they had done nothing to them. They appeared and smelled exactly the same as when I dropped them off. Have been charged for nothing. Will never use them again. Disgraceful service. Thieves!

I took an expensive velvet suit jacket in and 1 week later it smells as if someone's worn it (not BO but definitely musk) and has come back 1 size SMALLER!!!!
