Crease Buster Ironing & Dry Cleaning

I have used this dry cleaner for the past year or so since I moved in the area. I use to mostly dry clean suits, sometimes get new trousers taken up and they also sent a pair of my shoes away to be re-soled. No issues with any of these services. They are friendly, competitively priced and items are ready when requested. Should you pop in regularly, if you are lucky they recognise you and give you a loyalty discount. One major benefit is if you work all week, as I do, their extended opening hours (including weekends) is extremely helpful. I seem to remember they only take cash, but there is a cashpoint opposite, so no great drama.

I gave my coat for the dry clean but they have shrunk it on its collars and I took it back for repress again,they did try but still it looked not as Good as earlier. So I made my complain that I wasn't satisfied with the service but the guy on shop misbehabed me by getting away from the shop and never come back or else
threatening to call me the police for not being satisfied with his job.I Knew he was

An Asian this is why he behaved me that way. So guys beware of this guys. They don't know how to treat people well.

Nice to have a local "man with machine" and trained tailors in the area. I used Crease Busters for altering an jumpsuit a few months ago as the shoulder needed taking in . This was done skilfully and neatly. Today , I popped over to see him to get a sleeping bag cover stitched for my daughter as she was about to go for a DoE camping trip but the sleeping bag cover was ripped. Shahid got it repaired within a couple of minutes - and it saved me from having to resort to buying a brand new sleeping bag cover. They also have a branch in Chalfont St Peter .

Awful service and tailoring. My 3 pairs of trousers were 2 days late. When I went to pick them up they couldn't find them. They said come back this afternoon and surprise surprise they still weren't there when I went back. They had left them in another shop. They agreed to drop them to my house in 1hr. After 1 hr I phoned the man who owns the shop and he said I won't be long. I am getting my car washed in Denham.!!!!.
This place is a joke and the quality of the tailoring is even worse. He wouldn't even give me a discount for the inconvenience. Avoid them. There is another 2 or 3 dry cleaners/tailoring with a 3 min walk.

Useless dry cleaner. I took 7 cashmere jumpers here for dry cleaning, they have not been cleaned. I was asked to pay in advance so had little negotiating power when I collected them (if you do use this dry cleaner DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE). When I returned home I found that the jumpers had not been cleaned - several were covered in hair and smelt unwashed. I will never use this dry cleaner again.

Cannot recommend this dry cleaners enough. I ordered a personalised dress online and when it came it was too big for me, i had one day to get this sorted as I was going away the next day, I brought it to this lovely man and he fixed it within a few hours! The dress is also reversible so it needed to be seamless on both sides, which he did an amazing job of. Highly recommend this place!

What an absolute joke this place is! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Tried them for the 1st time last year and the suit came back damaged with white patched on the elbows and knees?!?
Gave it another chance as it's local recently. I picked up the suit and when I got it home it was clear it had not been cleaned at all or pressed properly. The guy who runs it is a clown which is clear as soon as you meet him. He must have known it hadn't been done but gave it back to me and took my money anyway. Disgrace.
